26th Annual U.P. School Nurse Conference

The 26th Annual U.P School Nurse Conference is happening on November 1-2, 2018 in Escanaba.  Conference topics include: Serving Students with Visual Impairments, Healthy Kids U.P., Trauma-Sensitive Schools, Sports Injuries, Children's Special Health Care Services, School Nursing State Update, Vision for Learning and Immunization Updates.  

Registration deadline is October 19, 2018.  The registration form is attached and should be mailed to: Julie Cass, RN, School Nurse, ATTN: School Nurse Conference, 500 S Lincoln Rd, Escanaba MI  49829.  The cost for the conference is $50, which includes Friday lunch, snacks and nursing CEUs.

A block of rooms has been reserved at Comfort Suites for $89/single occupancy.  Lodging information is included on the attached registration form.  Rooms need to be reserved by October 15 for the group rate.  The group name is UP School Health Coordinators, Acct. #3287067.
