Game On: Sports and PE Curveballs in Diabetes

This is a collaboration between the DiSH team and MDHHS with a Strengthening Public Health Workforce Infrastructure grant. Please view the short 5 minute video below explaining more about DiSH. Continuing education will be available with funding provided by the Michigan Association of School Nurses. We hope to see you all at the sessions!

Virtual sessions will follow an ECHO format: 10–15-minute professional presentation followed by collaborative community discussion and learning. All school personnel involved in diabetic care are invited to attend. Approval for nursing contact hours for attendance and completed evaluation is pending.
