Holiday greetings to Michigan School Nurses!

I am hopeful that you all have been able to take a much deserved break this holiday season; for many this is the first time you will be able to come up for air after a hectic start of the school year. Many of you may have been pleasantly surprised by a personal phone call from one of the MASN Board members. I can assure you that no one was more surprised than the Board members making the calls. Let me explain......

The purpose of our personal contacts with you was to identify any shortcomings you perceive of MASN. Your responses were so positive and appreciative! It was heartwarming to hear how you much you all value the work that your Board puts in on top of their full time jobs.
It was also uplifting to hear that many of you would like to become more involved in the work of your organization. We are looking forward to your input and welcome your involvement. From Board positions to committee work to advocacy opportunities to offering opinions; any contribution will be accepted.

As you begin the New Year, please look for opportunities to join MASN activities in any way you can contribute. There is so much work to be done and with your help we can do it. Together we all are MASN and it is our time!
