Governor Whitmer has proclaimed May 11, 2022 as School Nurse Day! She recognizes the commitment and accomplishments of almost 600 school nurses throughout Michigan and their efforts to meet the needs of today's students by improving the delivery of health care in our schools, contributing to our local communities by helping students stay healthy in school and keeping parents and guardians assured that their children are in a safe place to learn.
